Robins Recruiting has partnered with an international cleaning organization who is seeking a Director of EVS Sales to work with members of their regional teams to support the growth of their franchisees.
The Director of EVS Sales will help prospect potential EVS medical clients, take the lead on EVS proposals, and be the subject matter expert for all EVS clients and franchise owners. In addition, you will work to provide their franchisees and medical clients with the support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold standards that continue to secure our ranking among the top franchise companies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive sales experience
Up to 50% travel
Proven track record of successful EVS sales
Must have knowledge on how to bid and start EVS accounts
Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Healthcare Cleaning Industry
College Degree preferred in a related field
Strong familiarity with healthcare regulations associated with
Medicare/Medicaid, OSHA, DOT, EPA, TJC and Dept of Health and
Human Services such as Bloodborne Pathogens, Medical Waste
Handling, Standard Precautions, HIPAA, Disinfecting, Sanitation, Cross
Transmission, Accident Prevention, PPE etc.
In depth knowledge of floor care processes and procedures
Highly polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Confidence and ability to provide on-site training to Franchise Owners and Staff
Strong management and customer service skills
Project Management Skills with the ability to conduct facility implementation plans and start-ups
CHEST certification is a plus!
