Storable’s R&D organization relies on a significant contractor workforce across multiple vendors. As we scale, we need a dedicated leader to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to how contractor engineers are deployed, measured, and optimized.

This is not a traditional people management role.
This is a strategic, technical operator who can partner directly with Engineering leadership to ensure our blended FTE + contractor model drives measurable delivery outcomes, cost transparency, and long-term scalability.
