Salary: $91,800-$130,000/year + profit sharing + benefits

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

We’re looking for a Director of Email Marketing who will take ownership of the health, strategy, and evolution of Ramsey’s email marketing platform and craft. This leader will guide and develop a high-performing team, set clear standards for excellence, and drive thoughtful decisions that enable trusted, personalized communication at scale. Beyond strong execution, this role is about building meaningful connections with purpose, using email to serve people well, earn their trust, and further our mission of bringing hope to people in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5–7+ years of progressive experience in email marketing, with demonstrated depth in the email craft and a track record of increasing scope and impact over time.
• You have hands-on experience managing and scaling email programs for large audiences, including ownership of databases with 1M+ subscribers or customers.
• You have a strong background in email automation and lifecycle marketing, including building, optimizing, and governing evergreen journeys, triggered programs, and complex customer flows.
• You have experience working within enterprise-scale email marketing platforms such as Klavio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Oracle, or comparable tools.
• You have a proven ability to operate in complex environments with multiple teams, data sources, and customer journeys—balancing consistency, personalization, and scale.
• You bring leadership experience through people management, team development, or serving as a senior craft leader who influences and elevates others, both with and without direct leadership responsibilities
• You have a history of effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. 

What Winning Looks Like:

• Set the vision and strategic direction for Ramsey’s Email Marketing Platform, enabling trusted, personalized 1:1 communication at scale that helps people improve their lives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing email platform team, directly managing a core team of specialists while mentoring and influencing a broader community of email practitioners across Ramsey.
• Own the health, scalability, and evolution of the email and SMS platform, ensuring systems meet engineering standards and reliably support growing business and customer needs.
• Champion excellence in customer consent, data integrity, and privacy, protecting the trust Ramsey has earned while enabling responsible innovation.
• Provide craft leadership for email across the organization by building training, curriculum, and shared standards that elevate skills, quality, and effectiveness.
• Establish forums for collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing that keep Ramsey at the forefront of email best practices and industry innovation.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, and business leaders to align on email strategy, platform capabilities, and channel health.
• Continuously deliver new platform capabilities that increase the speed, effectiveness, and impact of email and SMS marketing across Ramsey.
• Invest deeply in people development, coaching leaders and contributors to grow in skill, ownership, and mission-driven impact.
