This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Director of Creative Systems, based in Miami with flexibility for partial remote work.

This role owns the quality, consistency, and scalability of paid ad creative across Meta, Google, and future channels. You will be responsible for setting and enforcing a high aesthetic bar while also building the systems required to produce large volumes of performance-driven creative.

You will work hands-on in creative development, define visual and messaging standards, design repeatable frameworks, and leverage AI tools to increase output without compromising quality. As volume grows, you will build and manage a team or pod structure to maintain creative excellence at scale.

This is not a brand-only role. Success is measured by creative quality, velocity, and performance working together.

 

:white_check_mark: What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality ad creative for paid media (Meta, Google, or similar platforms)
  • Proven taste and visual judgment, with the ability to set and maintain a consistent creative bar across many assets
  • Experience translating performance data into refined creative iterations without sacrificing aesthetic quality
  • Hands-on experience using modern creative tools and AI-assisted workflows for design, video, and copy
  • Ability to build creative systems, templates, and processes that allow high output without creative degradation
  • Experience managing designers, editors, or external agencies while preserving quality and consistency
  • Strong collaboration skills with media buyers, growth teams, and leadership

  • Experience in finance, fintech, private equity, or other trust-sensitive industries
  • Experience scaling creative teams inside a performance marketing or agency environment
