What you will achieve

  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: You will act as a high-impact collaborator, leading complex projects from initial analysis through implementation to improve internal communication and organizational agility.
  • Strengthen Global Operations: You will harmonize our domestic efforts with our offshore back-office teams, refining processes that support everything from workforce planning and recruitment to vendor management.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university of college
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate management, operations, or strategic planning with a track record of leading complex, multi-functional initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with managing operations, contracts, and compliance within a federal government contracting environment.
  • Proven ability to provide data-driven insights that influence senior stakeholders and drive executive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives at a high level while remaining comfortable operating at a tactical, hands-on level
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

  • MBA or related Master’s degree
  • Experience supporting or managing operations on a federal government contract or within a federal contracting environment
  • Experience managing and coordinating with offshore administrative teams
  • Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
  • Experience in workforce planning for large-scale federal proposals and client projects
  • Deep understanding of the operational nuances within the federal ecosystem
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS compliance and vendor procurement strategies
  • Experience managing corporate programs like ISO, CMMI, or security clearances
