The Director of Concierge Sales & Partnerships at Blueprint is responsible for driving premium concierge growth through disciplined sales execution and high-leverage partnerships, while preserving Blueprint’s clinical integrity and brand credibility.

This role owns the end-to-end premium acquisition motion—from inbound qualification and consultative sales to strategic partnerships that deliver aligned, high-intent clients. The Director works closely with clinical leadership to ensure that growth is ethical, evidence-based, and sustainable.

This is not high-volume or commission-only sales. It is a senior role focused on relationship-driven growth, long-cycle decision making, and trust with sophisticated, high-expectation clients.

Requirements

Concierge Sales Leadership:

  • Own premium concierge revenue targets across Blueprint’s offerings
  • Design and execute a consultative sales process aligned with Blueprint’s clinical philosophy
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide prospects through a high-touch decision process
  • Ensure accurate expectation-setting regarding scope of care, access, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership on appropriate prospect fit and escalation
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure sales practices remain compliant, ethical, and non-promissory

Partnerships & Strategic Growth:

  • Identify, develop, and manage high-leverage strategic partnerships, including:
    • Family offices, UHNW advisors, and private wealth groups
    • Executive, performance, and longevity ecosystems
    • Select corporate or institutional partners aligned with Blueprint’s standards
  • Structure partnership agreements that preserve clinical independence and brand integrity
  • Act as Blueprint’s primary commercial representative with external partners
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that generate sustained premium demand

Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with the CMO and clinical leaders to ensure growth aligns with capacity and quality
  • Coordinate with Operations, Care Coordination, and Coaching leadership to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging, materials, and conversion flows
  • Serve as the commercial feedback loop to leadership regarding market demand and objections

CRM, Process & Performance Management:

  • Own CRM workflows, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM across sales and partnership motions
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
    • Conversion rates (inbound → consult → enrollment)
    • Time-to-close and deal quality
    • Revenue per client and retention indicators
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency without compromising experience

Brand, Ethics & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all sales and partnership activity reflects Blueprint’s evidence-based positioning
  • Prevent over-selling, inappropriate guarantees, or scope creep
  • Act as a gatekeeper for brand integrity in external relationships
  • Escalate concerns regarding misalignment, risk, or reputational exposure

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development preferably in:
    • Concierge medicine
    • Healthcare services
    • High-touch professional services (UHNW, private advisory, executive health)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, relationship-driven deals
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience owning CRM systems and revenue forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and comfort operating with clinical leadership

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling premium healthcare, longevity, or executive services
  • Existing relationships with family offices, private wealth advisors, or executive networks
  • Familiarity with telemedicine and precision-medicine business models
  • Comfort navigating long sales cycles and complex buyer motivations

Benefits

Salary Range: $110-150k + bonus or incentive opportunities tied to sales
