Summary
As the Director of Business Development at Concordia Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position is essential for establishing strategic partnerships and enhancing our relationships with key clients across the country.
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 a year
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the wireless, wireline, energy and government sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Utilize internal systems to track sales activities and client interactions.
  
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated project management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective client engagement.
