LeadVenture is a growth-focused, acquisition-driven SaaS organization seeking a strategic, business-minded Director of Internal Systems to lead and evolve our enterprise systems ecosystem. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong executive partnership, cross-functional prioritization, and hands-on architectural expertise.
The Director of Internal Systems will play a pivotal role in shaping the systems backbone that powers our customer experience, revenue operations, and long-term scalability. This role owns the vision, architecture, and performance of our Salesforce-centered technology stack and plays a critical role in enabling scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Order Fulfillment, Billing, Support, and Customer Retention.
What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the enterprise systems strategy aligned to LeadVenture’s growth and value creation plan.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Internal Systems team.

Architect and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, including:
Drive integrations with Azure Data Lakes and enterprise data infrastructure.
Establish governance, data integrity, and scalable architecture standards.
Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, negotiate trade-offs, and balance competing business needs.
Lead systems evaluation, integration, and migration efforts for acquired companies as we standardize our tech stack.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in CRM and enterprise systems leadership.
Deep Salesforce expertise (architecture, administration, optimization).
Experience leading cross-functional prioritization at the executive level.
Proven success building and coaching internal technology teams.
Experience integrating and migrating systems in M&A environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise data strategy and system integrations.
Preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite.
Experience with Jiminny.
Experience with Workato or other iPaaS tools.
Experience in high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations.
