About UsWe are building next-generation AI-native automation products for enterprise finance and Global Business Services (GBS). Our focus is on intelligent document and process automation, combining cutting-edge AI research with real-world enterprise applications. We work with global consulting firms and multinational clients, and are now expanding our leadership capacity in AI.
The Role:
We are seeking a Director of AI to act as a key leader in our AI organization. You will drive innovation, productization, and delivery of AI automation solutions, working across R&D, product, and customer success. This is a highly hands-on role, combining technical depth with leadership responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead applied AI research in LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, embeddings, and multimodal document understanding.
- Drive productization: transform prototypes into scalable, reliable SaaS and on-prem solutions.
- Design and refine AI pipelines for automation (prompting, orchestration, validation, continuous learning).
- Collaborate with Product, PS, and CS teams to ensure customer requirements translate into robust AI features.
- Mentor and grow AI engineers, delivery specialists, and researchers; help define team structure.
- Represent the company’s AI vision internally and externally, including with strategic partners and enterprise clients.
- Balance experimentation and delivery: move fast, but with enterprise-grade quality.
Dein Profil
What We’re Looking For:- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, etc.).
- Strong track record in AI productization (building features beyond prototypes).
- Experience with enterprise automation domains (finance, GBS, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Workday, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Leadership qualities: able to coach, mentor, and inspire a growing AI team.
- Pragmatic builder: combines research curiosity with execution discipline.
