As Director of AI Enablement, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for shaping Axon Enterprise’s onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs - ensuring every new and existing team member is enabled to perform with confidence and clarity. You will design and deliver resources, frameworks, and experiences that help the Enterprise business scale its expertise, integrate new talent, and build a culture of growth and operational excellence. Your work will touch every part of the org, making you a connector between people, process, and performance.
Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
