Overview 

Maricich Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Agency Growth to accelerate client success and fuel agency expansion. The key metric for success in this role is lead generation and closing deals. 

This strategic leader combines deep healthcare industry knowledge with advanced business development and marketing expertise – and a passion for cultivating high-value client relationships that drive measurable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Agency Growth will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s trajectory by leading growth initiatives and setting strategic direction. This position drives long-term success by enhancing the end-to-end customer journey – from lead generation and prospect engagement to closing deals – while continually optimizing performance through measurement and applied learnings.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own lead generation and deal conversion, the key performance indicators for success in this role. 

  • Partner with CEO to design and execute the agency’s growth strategy and goals, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across healthcare verticals 

  • Champion and actively leverage CRM platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo to optimize sales workflows and maximize revenue impact 

  • Maintain and continuously improve the agency’s new business development process and nurture relationships with prospective clients 

  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing and business development content (e.g., case studies, POVs, presentations, whitepapers) that showcases the agency’s capabilities and builds market authority. 

  • Lead the development of insight-driven brand positioning, segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Leverage broad knowledge of healthcare sector dynamics – including health systems, health plans, med device / tech, life sciences, and pharma – to shape strategic discussions and identify growth opportunities tailored to each segment. 

  • Represent Maricich Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate visibility and foster connections. 

  • 10+ years of healthcare experience in brand strategy, marketing, business development, or related roles within an agency or consultancy. 

  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including health systems, health plans, life sciences, and other segments. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with high-performing teams. 

  • Exceptional communicator, and relationship builder with the ability to influence at the C-suite level. 

  • Strong history of driving business development and agency growth.  

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. 

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Compensation Range: $150,000 – $200,000 USD, plus bonus

In accordance with legal requirements in certain states and municipalities, Maricich Health provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range reflects a variety of factors that influence compensation decisions, including but not limited to: relevant skills, experience, education and training, certifications and licenses, and specific business or organizational needs. Please note that the listed compensation range does not account for geographic differentials that may apply based on the location where the position is filled.  

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretional annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package, which includes employer-paid health insurance and a retirement savings plan.
