Drive embedding of the Robovision Operating System into leading German and Swiss manufacturers, ensuring trust and discipline in industrial AI integration.

About Robovision

Robovision provides the industrial backbone for vision intelligence, delivering a governed infrastructure that transforms how global enterprises scale. By shifting from abstract AI probability to Outcome Assurance, we empower manufacturers to convert human quality expertise into a permanent digital asset. Our architecture is designed to eliminate dependency on manual intervention and specialized data science silos, ensuring Institutional Autonomy across global production lines.

Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, our infrastructure safeguards hundreds of millions in annual revenue for OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers. We operate with a "partnership-first" mindset, moving beyond traditional hierarchies to deliver institutional autonomy and the lowest total cost of ownership over decades. At Robovision, we don’t just build tools, we architect the foundation for industrial reliability.

We are currently looking for an experienced
Director OEM Partnerships to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Mission

The DACH region is the global heart of the "Machine Builder" economy (approx. 140,000 OEMs in Europe). Your mission is to embed the Robovision Operating System into the machines of leading German/Swiss manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

1.Navigate BOM Economics

Structure deals that fit into the OEM’s hardware-centric pricing both in development and production phase.

2. Don’t sell AI, but industrial discipline

These customers do not want hype; they want industrial discipline. Sell our Industrial Vision AI Infrastructure offering.

3. Structure "ROI-Based" Deals: Unlike pure hardware sales, you will structure deals where the OEM pays a per-machine fee that creates a recurring revenue stream tied to the machine’s throughput and value.

Requirements

Background & Experience:

  • 7+ years selling to Machine Builders/OEMs in the DACH region. Experience selling PLCs, Vision Systems (Cognex/Keyence), or Motion Control is essential.

  • Sector Priority: Proven experience selling to OEMs in the Packaging & Logistics sectors is highly valued, with secondary experience in Food & Beverage being a plus.

Expert Knowledge:

  • You know what a "BOM" is, you understand "Aftermarket Services," and you know how to talk to a conservative Head of Engineering who distrusts "black box" algorithms.

  • You understand the difference between selling "ROI" (to end-users) and selling "Risk Transfer" (to OEMs).

Region:

  • Based in DACH (Munich, Stuttgart, or Zurich preferred due to industrial density).

Why You?

You know that the biggest opportunity in AI isn't the chatbot—it's standardizing the visual infrastructure of the 180,000 machines built in this region every year.

We Offer
