In this role you will lead the development and execution of our comprehensive media strategy, leveraging your deep expertise (ideally in CPG) and growth marketing.
You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing media strategies that deliver measurable results in the CPG industry. Leverage in-depth knowledge of the CPG industry and the consumer journey to tailor media strategies that drive authentic consumer engagement and retail sales (offline and online).

Partner with brand teams to understand objectives and identify media solutions to accomplish goals.
Lead a high-performing media team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members and cross-functional colleagues.
Collaborate, guide and lead the media agency partners and freelancers.
Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a strategic media plan aligned with overall business objectives.
Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform media strategy.
Growth Marketing:
Lead growth marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns.
Performance Analytics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze campaign performance.
Use data insights to optimize media strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Responsible for managing and leading our Martech vendors and the partnerships we have with them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is an asset.
Proven experience (8+ years) in media planning and execution, with a focus on CPG.
Demonstrated success in driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
