Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Programs to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing and sales programs supporting our MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and program effectiveness within the broadband/cable/network operator space. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on program execution, with direct experience in broadband, cable, or network operator environments. MDU experience is highly preferred. This is a long-term consulting engagement and will require several days each week in office in Stamford, CT. Qualified candidates must be either located in the Stamford CT area or be willing to travel into Stamford 2-3 days per week. New England/MidAtlantic qualified candidates will be prioritized for role consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of marketing and sales programs supporting MDU growth
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Field teams to align program strategy with revenue goals
  • Develop scalable go-to-market programs tailored to MDU audiences, property owners, and decision-makers
  • Own program planning, timelines, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and conversions
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent execution
  • Monitor program performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize for impact
  • Ensure programs are aligned with brand standards, customer experience, and operational readiness

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience leading marketing or sales programs in a broadband, cable, or network operator environment
  • Leadership experience in Senior Manager or Director level capacity is necessary
  • Strong background in marketing programs, sales enablement and account management is required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading MDU-focused initiatives (highly preferred)
  • Opportunity to shape and scale MDU marketing programs for growth
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decision making
  • Must have strong proficiency with MS Office and Marketing tools

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $135-160k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
