Position Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to accelerate Forgen’s brand visibility, lead generation, and market positioning through data-driven, scalable marketing strategies. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive measurable business growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to build targeted campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and support revenue-generating initiatives in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to support business development and lead generation across priority sectors.
  • Build and manage targeted campaigns (digital, email, content, paid media) focused on generating qualified leads and brand awareness.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, optimize tactics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to develop content that resonates with water, industrial and environmental decision-makers.
  • Enhance the marketing funnel, including SEO/SEM, CRM segmentation, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Support pursuit and proposal marketing through targeted positioning and pursuit strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor intelligence.
  • Manage and grow marketing automation and CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Support tradeshows, industry events, and thought leadership efforts with measurable ROI goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in construction, environmental services, engineering, or related industries.
  • Proven experience driving pipeline growth through digital and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into marketable messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with construction, engineering, or environmental services industries
  • Familiarity with public infrastructure markets (e.g., USACE, state/local agencies, etc.) and industrial development markets (e.g., data centers, nuclear)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and integrating marketing tech stacks
  • Graphic design or basic creative tools knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
