We are hiring a Director of Marketing Analytics—a net new role that is integral to driving forward our performance portfolio across client acquisition and retention. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, enjoys collaborating across departments, and brings insight to life through compelling stories and engaging presentations.

Reporting into the VP of Growth, this leader will shape how marketing data is used to guide investment, track performance, and unlock business value. They’ll lead enterprise-wide initiatives related to media performance, funnel optimization, lead strategy, and portfolio growth—including development of business cases, benefit realization, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

What You’ll Do:

Build & Lead the Marketing Analytics Function

  • Establish a high-performing analytics function for the Growth team—including tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Champion the use of data to inform both long-term strategy and near-term performance management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts with a strong focus on business impact, clarity, and curiosity.

Drive Strategic Portfolio Performance

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives across client acquisition, retention, and funnel health—developing business cases and monitoring impact realization over time.
  • Develop cohesive, long-term lead strategy recommendations grounded in enterprise value, customer insights, and economic viability.

Translate Insight into Action

  • Deliver compelling narratives through data visualization, dashboards, and storytelling that influence decisions across executive, sales, and product teams.
  • Measure full-funnel performance across channels (paid media, CRM, SEO, website) and design frameworks to assess campaign ROI, channel mix efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead experimentation and testing frameworks—A/B testing, incrementality analysis, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling.

Be a Cross-Functional Leader

  • Serve as a thought partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams.
  • Align cross-departmental inputs into actionable business strategies with clear measurement.
  • Bring a design-thinking approach to problem solving, always focused on business outcomes and customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or performance marketing; ideally in high-growth or data-driven organizations.
  • A transformational and analytical leader with a proven record of delivering customer-centric solutions through data and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to executives and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement frameworks (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, MMM).
  • Experience with lead routing, scoring, and sales-marketing funnel alignment a strong asset.
  • Strong collaboration mindset—comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
