Director - Managed Services (m/f/d)

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Run quarterly innovation workshops and develop accelerators, automations, and AI-driven enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and modernize AMS frameworks.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Travel & Client Interaction: Engage with clients across Europe with a willingness for frequent travel.

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services, with strong expertise in Application Managed Services.
  • Proven leadership of large teams within major IT service organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AMS market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large, multi-year AMS deals with multi-geo delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent German and English language skills
