This position will be WFO but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Job Overview:
We are looking for a new marketing director with experience leading either a marketing or ad agency or the marketing department of a large business with multiple in-house brands.  
This marketing director needs to demonstrate both a strong track record of success as well as the adaptability to help us navigate a rapidly changing marketing landscape. The right candidate needs to have a strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage and execute a number of projects at the same time.  
They should also have a strong focus on metrics, reporting, and efficiency, ensuring company leadership is well-informed of marketing initiatives; that your team is always working on the right things at the right time and at the right pace; and that our marketing efforts are focused on delivering measurable results in terms of views, leads, meetings, and revenue. 
You will be leading a team that already includes a talented marketing manager, graphic designer, writer, and SEO specialist. You will report to the Director of Market Intelligence and work closely with our Sales Director. 



Responsibilities:
⦁ Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
⦁ Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
⦁ Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
⦁ Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data.
⦁ Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
⦁ Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
⦁ Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
⦁ Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
⦁ Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
⦁ Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships


Requirements
⦁    Experience directing either a marketing or ad agency or the marketing department of a large business with multiple in-house brands .
⦁     Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven record of driving business growth and brand success.  
⦁    5-7 years as a senior marketing Director or Lead Marketing manager
⦁    Proven ability to manage and execute a number of assignments and projects for multiple different brands at the same time and in a timely manner, accounting for priority 
⦁    Strong reporting, tracking, and team management abilities; able to provide regular, concise, informative reports to company leadership on what the marketing team is up to, how individual members are being utilized, the status and ETA of key items, and the success of the marketing team's activities 
⦁    Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests coming from multiple stakeholders 
⦁    Adaptable, with the ability to pivot based on changes in priorities, new strategies, new brands and business units, etc. 
⦁    Resilient - able to get things done with limited time and resources, overcome barriers, and be diligent about getting approvals from very busy company leaders 
⦁    Able to manage, train, mentor, and recruit (as needed) a talented and efficient marketing team 
⦁    Experience marketing to a US B2B audience. Bonus points for experience in tech, IT services, or cannabis.  
⦁    HubSpot experience 
⦁    Track record of success in marketing in terms of projects completed on time, goals hit, lead and revenue generation, etc.  
⦁    Well-organized 
⦁    Metrics and KPI-driven 
⦁    Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.

⦁    Strong background in producing engaging, shareworthy English-language content. Bonus points for a strong background in developing video content. 
⦁    Proven success in boosting followers and engagement on social media
