Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution that increases visitation and revenue while collaborating across creative and analytical teams to achieve measurable results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

360 Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Own integrated marketing strategy
  • Develop campaign frameworks rooted in clear objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between creative, corporate comms, loyalty, property marketing, and brand partnership teams for seamless execution.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing

    • Lead digital paid media strategy including paid social, search, and campaign boosting, as well as test and learn channel strategies (e.g., CTV, programmatic, etc.)
    • Partner with agency and internal teams to optimize performance against visitation, engagement, and revenue goals.
    • Monitor performance data and provide actionable recommendations for budget allocation and optimization.
    • Social & Influencer Strategy

    • Lead portfolio-wide social and influencer strategy, including editorial planning, content direction, and campaign integration.
    • Oversee community management to foster engagement, monitor consumer sentiment, and strengthen brand affinity across platforms.
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships aligned to campaign objectives and priority audiences.
    • Track platform trends, audience behavior, and influencer performance to optimize engagement and ROI.
    • Provide strategic leadership to Social and Influencer teams operating within a dual-reporting structure with Corporate Communications, ensuring integrated planning and aligned execution across marketing and earned efforts.
    • Digital & Website Oversight

    • Oversee website content updates and campaign landing pages, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging, tenant highlights, and key seasonal initiatives.
    • Understanding of SEO, and ensuring all pages are properly optimized to ADA and privacy guidelines will be critical
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Partner with Corporate Communications to optimize enterprise narrative
      • Collaborate with Loyalty, Property Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Operations teams to align marketing with on-property and partnership execution.
      • Support tenant openings and key launches with integrated marketing amplification.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience leading 360° integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and social channels.
  • Deep understanding of paid digital media strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing social strategy and community engagement at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into strategic decisions.
  • Experience overseeing influencer partnerships and measuring ROI.
  • Experience managing website content updates and digital campaign launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and budgets.
