Role Overview
As the Director – Inside Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing inside sales team that drives lead conversion and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of sales leadership, process optimization, CRM discipline, and coaching. You will work closely with marketing, product, and field ops to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to conversion.
