As Director – HR for Apna Job Marketplace, you will partner closely with the CEO (Marketplace) and the leadership team to design and build the organisation for the next phase of growth.
This role sits at the intersection of leadership hiring, organisational design, performance management, and leadership development, ensuring the business has the right talent, structure, and culture to scale.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation grows, how leaders perform, and how teams deliver outcomes.
