Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead delivery of our clinical and health economic messaging through commercial enablement, evidence generation, and market access strategy. This role is critical in shaping payer strategy, supporting market access, and enabling commercial success as we scale. You will partner closely with Clinical, Go-to-Market, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance teams to translate data into compelling value narratives.
What you'll do:
- Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities and product roadmap.
- Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).
- Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages.
- Lead real-world evidence (RWE) strategy using registries and claims data.
- Partner cross-functionally and manage external research vendors.
- Lead publication strategy and represent the company externally.
- Create market access strategy for new products
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, or related field).
- 10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics
- Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear value narratives
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
