As a foundational role, you will own the GTM engineering roadmap and lead two teams to create processes that ensure predictable revenue at scale.
Lead GTM Operations End-to-End

Set the execution rhythm for the team, owning prioritization, delivery cadence, and operational accountability across the GTM Operations function.

Develop and lead two direct reports: the Manager, GTM Systems & Analytics and the Manager, Field Operations, investing in their growth as leaders, not just operators.

Run the forecast rhythm set by the VP, including deal-level inspection, pipeline reviews, and data collection, with the rigor that makes revenue predictable.

Translate VP-level strategy into quarterly and monthly execution plans, keeping the team aligned and moving.

Keep deal desk, pipeline management, and reporting running cleanly and fix what doesn't.

Define the technical vision for SpryPoint's GTM infrastructure, spanning systems architecture, data pipelines, integrations, and automation.

Lead the shift from manual processes to automated, scalable workflows. This is a build job, not a maintenance one.

Own the roadmap for reducing external Salesforce dependency (VTG) and building internal capability that the team controls.

Evaluate and introduce AI-powered tooling across the GTM stack, identifying where it creates real leverage, not just novelty.

Ensure the tech stack is rationalized and connected, built to serve the business, not just to exist.

Stand up marketing ops infrastructure from scratch, starting with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.

Own the systems and data quality layer of marketing ops, ensuring lead flow, attribution, and lifecycle data is clean, connected, and trustworthy.

Lay the foundation so the marketing ops function scales seamlessly as the team and strategy mature.

Ensure dashboards, reports, and analytics are accurate, timely, and actually trusted by the teams relying on them.

Direct the Manager, GTM Systems & Analytics on report construction, data quality, and delivery, translating strategic priorities into output the business can use.

Build the path from manual, ad hoc reporting to scalable, self-serve infrastructure that doesn't require a ticket every time someone needs a number.

Own data integrity across the GTM stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and everything connected to them.

Set and enforce data governance standards, deduplication routines, and field-level hygiene that hold up at scale.

Build a single source of truth for revenue data that the VP, CRO, and Finance can rely on with no caveats and no disclaimers.

Improve opportunity-to-bookings workflows, deal desk mechanics, and cross-team handoffs, finding friction and eliminating it.

Partner with Field Operations on process improvements that directly impact Sales, Proposals, and Solution Engineers.

7+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment

Experience leading and developing a team (direct people management required)

Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, data pipelines, system integrations, and automation at a design level (you don't need to build everything, but you need to direct it credibly)

Experience building or maturing marketing operations infrastructure (HubSpot or equivalent)

Familiarity with GTM engineering concepts: workflow automation, data infrastructure, AI/ML application in revenue operations

Proven ability to execute reporting and analytics at scale (not just dashboards, but the data model and definitions underneath)

Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels. You can translate a 12-month roadmap into weekly execution and troubleshoot a broken Salesforce workflow in the same week
