This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a strategic, execution-obsessed Product Marketer ready to build a world-class growth enablement function. You will be the architect of a program that dramatically increases the productivity and effectiveness of our revenue teams. You'll be the driving force behind a collaborative, data-driven approach to enablement, with a mission to ensure our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams are equipped, trained, and empowered to deliver exceptional value to our prospects & customers.
You will report directly to the AVP of Product Marketing and work closely with GTM leadership. Your ultimate goal is to build and scale a world-class enablement function that empowers our teams with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to effectively sell and expand our solutions.
Team Collaboration
You will be a core member of our Product Marketing leadership team, working alongside the Director of Product Marketing for Upstream and the Director of Product Marketing for Downstream. While they own the GTM strategies for their respective areas and are responsible for core content, you will establish the enablement strategy and execution plan for the entire team, ensuring our go-to-market efforts are seamlessly supported with best-in-class enablement.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Work Location:
We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
