What Are We Looking For?

Are you ready to take on a high-impact leadership role in a hyper-growth, global technology company? We are seeking a Director of Global Workplace & Operations based in the Bay Area to lead and elevate the workplace experience, facilities operations, and real estate strategy across several of SentinelOne’s key global sites.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership and is ideal for a forward-thinking workplace leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.

We are seeking a seasoned, innovative leader with deep expertise in global workplace operations, real estate strategy, and facilities management. You will own the operational excellence of our U.S., Costa Rica, and Czechia sites, ensuring they are safe, efficient, inspiring, and aligned with the company’s culture and rapid growth.

You must be comfortable navigating multiple geographies, partnering with diverse stakeholders, and driving global workplace initiatives while tailoring solutions to local needs.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead a high-performing team to establish and maintain workplace standards across global regions (US, Costa Rica, Czechia)
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Workplace Operations team
  • Oversee all aspects of expansion planning, including site selection, financial analysis, design, and construction
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage real estate portfolios, space planning, and forecasting growth needs
  • Drive continuous process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for global workplace operations
  • Partner with key stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, etc.) to deliver strategic workplace initiatives
  • Develop and manage both OpEx and CapEx budgets
  • Communicate workplace strategies and initiatives effectively using reports, dashboards, presentations etc
  • Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance workplace operations and employee experiences
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Workplace Operations team and with other teams

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 7+ years of global workplace operations and real estate leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment
  • Proven experience managing multinational sites with diverse local regulations, cultural differences, and operational complexities
  • Strong expertise in facilities management, real estate, project management, vendor operations, and space planning
  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones and lead remotely distributed teams
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Hands-on problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity, set structure, and lead change
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong presentation capabilities
  • Ability to work in-person in our Mountain View, CA office on a hybrid (2-3 days/week) basis
  • Fluency in English

Base Salary Range
$174,800$262,000 USD
