THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Director, Global Services to build and scale a best-in-class customer delivery function, lead the strategy, enablement, and operational excellence initiatives that empower our global professional services organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role that shapes how we scale our delivery organization: defining best practices, strengthening team capabilities, cultivating culture, and ensuring every Zuora engagement drives measurable customer success. You’ll collaborate closely with Regional Delivery, Product, and Customer Success leaders to optimize how we deliver value, develop talent, and manage project escalations at a global scale.
