The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) develops and maintains integrated financial models, leads scenarios and sensitivity analyses, and ensures the organization has a clear and accurate view of short‑ and long‑term financial performance. The position oversees and manages the company’s enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting functions. By delivering high‑quality insights and disciplined financial rigor, this position supports executive leadership and private equity sponsors in evaluating capital allocation decisions, assessing market and regulatory impacts, and optimizing returns across a rapidly expanding renewable‑energy portfolio.
Beyond core forecasting and reporting responsibilities, the Director of FP&A partners closely with cross‑functional teams, including development, project finance, capital markets, accounting, and operations, to enhance project‑level economics, support major financing events, and strengthen enterprise performance management. This position plays an essential role in informing financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that decision‑makers have the timely, data‑driven intelligence required to scale effectively in a capital‑intensive environment.
This role additionally provides leadership and mentorship to Scout's FP&A teams, strengthening financial capabilities, and alignment across stakeholders.

Benefits
Target base salary: $170,000 - $190,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
