Lead the establishment of a Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence while managing a growing team and owning key global accounting processes.
What you will do:
Establish scalable global processes
Hire and manage a 3–5 person team
Drive automation and process excellence
Ensure strong internal controls and documentation
Customer onboarding & credit review
Global invoicing
AR & collections management
Revenue support coordination
Vendor onboarding
Invoice processing & approvals
Domestic & international payments
AP management
GL accounting & journal entries
Prepaids, accruals, fixed assets
Balance sheet reconciliations
Audit support
Statutory compliance & reporting
Local GAAP coordination
Tax & regulatory oversight
Intercompany eliminations
FX translation
Consolidation into U.S. parent
What you will have:
CA (India) qualification is mandatory
Background in top-tier audit/assurance firms is required
10–15 years experience in accounting/finance
Hands-on NetSuite
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience in hiring and developing teams
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Build & Lead Finance CoE
Global Order-to-Cash
Global Procure-to-Pay
Month-End Close
International Subsidiaries (Germany, India, Thailand)
