We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Director of Field & Channel Marketing to help drive our physical engagements and really make us ‘zing’ at events! This role reports directly to the CMO and carries direct accountability for pipeline creation. You’ll work across GTM (Marketing, Sales, and Partners) to ensure every activation, engagement, and dollar spent drives measurable impact. Strong candidates know that the measure of success for events is not just creating an experience for delegates, but driving true pipeline and revenue growth.
If you’re energized by creating physical & digital experiences, managing events on budget and on time, rolling out impactful pre, during, and post-event campaigns (a halo around our attendance), then this is the role for you! This role blends creative execution + project management rigor + GTM collaboration. You will be expected to move quickly and drive continuous improvement!
Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up. This is a full-time role with a preference for candidates living on the East Coast.

The hiring base pay is dependent on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
