OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships, the ideal candidate is a strategic, globally fluent, and highly creative leader responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and impact of world-class experiential marketing and global partnership initiatives. This role champions culturally relevant brand expression through premium hospitality, travel, fashion, and lifestyle experiences across key international markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Global Experiential Strategy & Leadership

  • Build the development of a global experiential marketing strategy and multi-market roadmap that enhances brand visibility, cultural relevancy, and long-term category leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Influencer, Hospitality, PR, Retail, International Marketing, Brand) to craft cohesive, elevated experiential programs that support overarching brand narratives and commercial goals.
  • Establish frameworks and guidelines that empower teams to adapt global strategies into premium, culturally aligned executions.

Creative Development & Program Innovation

  • Champion breakthrough creative concepts, immersive storytelling, and innovative experience formats that differentiate the brand in global hospitality, fashion, travel, and lifestyle spaces.
  • Conceptualize and shape experiential moments, including premium partnerships, brand launch categories, resort or hotel collaborations, and culturally anchored activations that reinforce brand identity and drive affinity.
  • Cultivate a forward-thinking, insight-driven approach to experiential ideation that leverages cultural trends, audience behavior, and market-specific innovation.

Global Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic global partnerships with boutique hotels, beach clubs, luxury venues, fashion institutions, cultural organizations, and tastemakers aligned with the brand’s creative and commercial direction.
  • Build and nurture a network of high-value partners, agencies, and global collaborators to unlock elevated experiences and co-branded opportunities.
  • Lead relationship management, ensuring all partnerships deliver meaningful brand impact, cultural relevance, and measurable business value.

 Cross-Functional Alignment & Market Integration

  • Collaborate with PR, Influencer, Social, Creative, and International Retail Marketing teams to ensure experiential partnerships are amplified through 360° storytelling and integrated into seasonal and product narratives.
  • Support global retail and regional marketing teams by ensuring experiential programs complement local market objectives and drive brand consistency across regions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams, providing cultural insight and experiential expertise during campaign concepting and planning.

Performance, Insights & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and consistent measurement frameworks for experiential programs and global partnerships, ensuring clarity in goals, outputs, and business impact.
  • Lead comprehensive post-activation analyses, translating results into learnings that inform future program development and strategic planning.
  • Present market insights, cultural trend reports, and competitive benchmarking to guide long-term experiential strategy and global prioritization.

Cultural Insight & Thought Leadership

  • Maintain a deep understanding of global cultural trends, emerging markets, and lifestyle behaviors across Europe, Asia, and other high-opportunity regions.
  • Proactively identify new formats, destinations, partners, and cultural moments that elevate the brand and keep it at the forefront of experiential innovation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and internal thought leader, fostering a culture of creativity, global thinking, and boundary-pushing experiential excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in experiential marketing, global brand activations, or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level strategic role.
  • Proven track record developing and leading large-scale global experiential strategies and premium hospitality, fashion, travel, or lifestyle partnerships.
  • Exceptional strategic, creative, and relationship-building abilities, with demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing high-value global partner ecosystems.
  • Highly culturally fluent, insight-driven, and innovative, with a passion for creating memorable, culturally resonant brand experiences.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or Pitch, and modern project management or collaboration tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including evenings and weekends, for partnership development, global events, and on-site leadership needs.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.

Pei — there’s plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors.
