Accountabilities

·         Lead, mentor, and provide daily guidance to junior engineers across all project phases.

·         Prioritize and oversee activities for 100+ projects, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time deliverables.

·         Manage employee performance, recruiting, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.

·         Oversee creation, refinement, and quality assurance of all technical deliverables, tools, systems, and processes.

·         Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track project progress, workloads, and system performance.

·         Drive innovation in predictive modeling, AI, and cloud computing, collaborating with internal technology teams.

·         Make strategic decisions on trade partners, supply deals, and process improvement initiatives.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and clarity in offerings and project execution.

·         Monitor energy performance metrics for built and acquired systems, supporting continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; professional certifications desired.

·         8+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, with strong organizational and scheduling skills.

·         Technical authority and experience managing construction codes, AHJ relationships, contractor negotiations, and risk mitigation.

·         Demonstrated success in process development, change management, and implementation of management systems.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with senior management and cross-functional teams.

·         Collaborative, results-driven, and highly motivated with executive presence and strong problem-solving skills.

·         Flexible to work remotely, on-site, or hybrid as required.
