You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as Director of Demand Generation, you will own the demand generation strategy from creation to execution. This is an incredible opportunity for someone to come into an established company and help lead transformation across the GTM team.  THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across all channels--including email, digital, paid industry programs, webinars, events and more
  • Refine and execute a cross-functional Account-Based Marketing strategy that is aligned to our ICP and in close partnership with our Sales and Sales Development teams
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure proper processing and tracking of MQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline, and marketing-sourced bookings
  • Work with marketing and sales operations to implement and execute marketing program strategy, funnel optimization, ROI analysis, and tech stack selection and implementation
  • Manage a demand generation budget that meets company goals for growth and ROI, while maintaining a watchful eye on program optimization and spend
  • Work with our SDR and Sales teams to create targeted programs that not only generate net-new leads, but also accelerate them through the entire sales funnel
  • Own a marketing generated and influenced pipeline and revenue number, and help build out the metrics and dashboards that focus and optimize demand generation activities
  • Partner with our Content and Product Marketing teams to promote and leverage key content assets through an integrated campaign strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with key executives, sales, operations, finance, and product to communicate marketing activities and results with the overall team
  • THE SKILL SET
  • BA/BS MBA a plus
  • 7+ years in in a demand generation role at a B2B SaaS Company
  • Proven track record of owning a pipeline and/or revenue number
  • Passion for being both hands-on and strategic as the team scales
  • Highly analytical with the ability to connect the dots and synthesize data sets
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot and/or Marketo
  • Proficiency with AI tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with experience planning large-scale events
  • Execution oriented with a passion for fast paced, changing environments
  • Collaborative team player who is excited to be part of a growing and changing team
  • Experience in complex, multi-product enterprise sales environments a plus

  • The national minimum salary is $145,988 a year + bonus. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
