Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient data processing and management. 
  • Oversee data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management to ensure timely and accurate data availability. 
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to detect and resolve data issues while providing details on data quality 
  • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. 
  • Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. 
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, including data privacy regulations. 
  • Lead and manage the data operations team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback. 
  • Manage data-related incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations, including resolution of third-party data issues with servicers, originators and other data providers 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data operations and recommend improvements to enhance our capabilities. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in data operations and data management for US residential loan data.  8-10 years of experience preferred. 
  • In-depth knowledge of lending data, with experience in US residential mortgages required.   
  • In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management 
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or data related field. Master's degree preferred. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
