Position Summary 
As Director of Data & Decision Science, you will lead the design, deployment, and governance of data-driven models and measurement 
frameworks that prove/improve patient outcomes, help optimize our care model, and guide operational and talent decisions across 
therapy and psychiatry. This leader will partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Data & Analytics teams to define “better care,” 
quantify therapeutic effectiveness, and scale innovative clinical strategies.

Skills and Knowledge Required 
• 10+ years in data science/analytics; healthcare or behavioral health 
• Proven track record deploying production ML and running A/B or quasi-experimental evaluations.
• Proven ability to translate insights into operational workflows.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related quantitative field (or 
equivalent experience).
• Data engineering & BI experience: SQL, dbt, orchestration, data lakes/warehouses; Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirement

This role offers a base salary range of $160,000–$180,000, with bonus potential commensurate with prior experience.
