Director, Creator Growth (AUS)

About the Role:

We are hiring our first Creator Growth Lead in Australia to spearhead ShopMy’s expansion in the region. This is both a sales and market-building role — you’ll own creator acquisition, while also shaping the operational foundations of our AUS growth strategy.

• Drive outbound and inbound creator acquisition efforts.
• Lead product demos, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build ShopMy’s presence in Australia through events and partnerships.
• Define and execute the market expansion playbook for Australia.
• Collaborate closely with HQ on product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Act as a local ambassador for ShopMy’s brand and mission.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years experience in sales, partnerships, or influencer/creator relations.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian creator economy and culture.
• Entrepreneurial operator — comfortable building strategy and process from the ground up.
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated to exceed goals.
