  • Lead advisor on public company governance, partnering with our Board leadership to support the continued evolution of our public company governance.
  • Advise on director independence, charters, policies, and insider-trading compliance.

  1. Build and Scale the Corporate Legal Function for an AI-First Future

  • Design an operating mode for governance and securities that leverages AI, automation, intelligent workflows, and self-service tools to streamline governance support.
  • Structure, mentor, and evolve the team to match HubSpot’s growth—ensuring depth in key specialties while maintaining flexibility and speed.
  • Create tools, templates, and playbooks that make complex processes simple and repeatable across the company.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team where curiosity, agility, and ownership are the norm—and Legal is seen as a growth enabler.
