Lead the development and execution of a global learning ecosystem at CoreWeave University, shaping internal talent growth and leadership development across the company.
CoreWeave is growing fast, and the people building this company are what make that growth possible. CoreWeave University is how we invest in them, develop future leaders, and build the talent that will carry us forward.
The Director of CoreWeave University will take a strong starting vision and turn it into a global ecosystem for learning, development, and career growth. This role owns the strategy and execution of CoreWeave University and, over time, becomes the primary owner of how that vision comes to life across the company, in close partnership with the VP, People and the Chief People Officer. This is not a traditional learning and development role. It is a builder role that blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. The Director is responsible for building and leading the CoreWeave University, including defining team structure, hiring and developing talent, and establishing clear ownership and operating rhythms as it scales.
This role reports to the VP, People and works closely with the Chief People Officer, People Business Partners, People Operations, Talent, Internal Communications, and senior leaders across corporate and data center environments. It is a highly visible role with meaningful influence as CoreWeave scales globally.
CoreWeave University exists to invest deeply in our people and the future of our workforce. Our culture is built by the people who work here, and how we invest in them matters as we scale.
Through CoreWeave University, we develop talent at every stage, from early career pathways in the communities where we build, to internal growth and mobility, to the future leaders who will shape what comes next. This includes early career pipelines, internal mobility and growth experiences, future leader programs, and foundational manager development. The focus is on experience-driven growth that builds real capability and shows up in day-to-day work.
What you will own and deliver
CoreWeave University is a long-term investment in our people, our culture, and our future.
