Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end contributor experience for our large external workforce of 10’s of thousands of contributors
  • Own and drive Crowd NPS improvement – create roadmap for short, medium and long term planning
  • Define and run initiatives to improve CLV and A-List Crowd 
  • People Leadership: Manage Contributor Engagement team, and content team responsible for social and other communications channels
  • Own Crowd engagement and community development roadmaps and programming 
  • Own and operate social engagement channels for crowd resources 
  • Achieve top place to work rating (Cloudwork) 
  • Define DEI, Fairpay and Social Impact programs for Crowd 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, community management, or membership experience at a large-scale organization 
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams as a people manager 
  • Experience with social tools and software for large-scale engagement 
  • Experience with NPS tracking or other “satisfaction tracking” systems
