Innovid is looking for a Director, Content Marketing to join its in-house marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Director, Content Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the global content plan to support marketing efforts that boost brand awareness, increase market share, and drive marketing-qualified leads for sales. They will own the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of relevant internal and external-facing communications. They will play a key role in shaping the Innovid brand voice and ensuring value to our audiences. 

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute content roadmap, including reports, infographics, blogs, newsletters, website copy, and emails, and maintain relevant messaging framework for internal and external-facing communications
  • Ensure all content produced is on-brand, consistent, and high-quality, relevant to the interests of the markets/clients/prospects, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels
  • Own long- and short-form content development for campaign and one-off projects
    • Long form content will include data-driven research whitepapers
  • Assist with research and development of industry & competitive insights, trends, and opportunity spaces
  • Be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, and writing 
  • Work with the cross-functional team to track and understand content effectiveness and make optimizations based on those results 
  • Develop standards and best practice for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and content repurposing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout various processes inclusive of product marketing, demand generation, PR/comms as well as internal stakeholders outside of marketing

What You Will Need:

  • Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language
  • Training in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience
  • Skilled at both long-form and short-form content creation 
  • The ability to stay on top of industry trends, and understand what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it
  • Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content
  • Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types
  • Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and on-going program campaigns
  • Great people skills
  • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies as required
  • 10+ years related work experience; must have experience with an adtech, b2b technology, and/or media company
  • B.A. in marketing, English, journalism, or communications a plus
  • Excellent writing skills and proven track record of developing compelling marketing materials (samples must be provided)
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetic
  • Ability to work with varying levels and personalities internally and externally
  • Not afraid to get hands dirty; great attitude and willingness to help out wherever necessary
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Deadline-driven and not afraid to push for time adherence
  • Curiosity and interest in marketplace research 
  •

  • At Innovid, Base Salary is one part of our total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
