- Lead and manage all construction security activities within the clients project, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Develop and implement security strategies and plans in collaboration with the Delivery Team and external delivery partners.
- Ensure that all security measures are aligned with local and international standards, addressing both physical and cyber security threats.
- Oversee risk assessments, threat evaluations, and vulnerability analyses specific to the construction environment.
- Act as the key security liaison between the Delivery Team and the clients Security team, ensuring proper communication and coordination.
- Monitor and audit security processes for compliance and improvement.
- Manage emergency response protocols and contingency planning for construction security incidents.
- Work with construction contractors to ensure security policies are enforced on-site.
- Provide regular updates and reports on security matters to both the Delivery Team and the Security Department.
- Collaborate with external security partners, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective security management.
- Stay up to date on emerging threats and security trends relevant to the construction industry.

Benefits

- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years of experience in construction security.

- Proven experience in developing and managing security strategies within large-scale construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of security risk management, threat assessment, and crisis management in construction environments.

- Familiarity with delivery partner security strategies and how to assure their implementation.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

- Strong understanding of local and international security standards, laws, and regulations.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential:

- Ability to start immediately. This is an immediate hire and candidates without notice periods will be considered more favourably.

Preferred

- Experience in the Middle East, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Previous experience working on mega projects or high-profile construction developments.
