The position of Director of International Compensation & Benefits is a key leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs for the international region.

We are looking for a talented team player to lead the C&B domains in the international region, which includes over 15 countries: UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, Japan and more.

 

How will you make an impact?

Compensation and Benefits

    • Collaborate with global NiCE Centers of Excellence to design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
    • Design, implement and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
    • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages
    • Lead the design, communication, and administration of benefits programs and recognition programs
    • Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Provide professional support and best practices and lead change management plans for managers and HR business partners
    • Maintain knowledge and understanding of local regulations, ensuring compliance with local programs and practices
    • Manage cross C&B projects and initiatives, writing policies and driving process improvements and operational excellence\\

Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs
    • Generate reports and metrics to provide insights, enabling data-driven decision-making

Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the Compensation and Benefits a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to compensation and benefits strategies
    • Managerial role

 

Have you got what it takes?

    • A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
    • Vast C&B experience in a global software company
    • C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, leading country-specific benefits programs
    • Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs
    • Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B related topics
    • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Advanced knowledge of BI reporting tools – a plus
