About Fullscript We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better. This is your invitation. Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care. The Role We’re looking for a Director of Clinical Education (Treatment) to lead and scale how practitioners learn, adopt, and apply clinical best practices across the Fullscript platform. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role at the center of our ecosystem. You’ll shape how we translate clinical science into actionable education, influence product experiences, and drive practitioner adoption of prescribing workflows. You’ll partner closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Merchandising, and Enterprise teams to build a cohesive education system that supports both clinical excellence and business growth. This is a high impact role — you’ll define the strategy, create scalable systems, and help shape the future of how practitioners deliver care. What You’ll Do
  • Own the clinical education and practitioner enablement strategy for treatment planning (supplements, lifestyle, protocols)
  • Translate emerging clinical research into clear, actionable insights for practitioners
  • Build scalable education frameworks that support practitioner decision-making and prescribing behavior
  • Design and deliver practitioner education programs, including courses, learning pathways, and clinical resources
  • Develop ingredient education tools, protocols, and clinical reference materials
  • Create structured education experiences for practitioners at different stages of their journey
  • Identify gaps in practitioner workflows, adoption, and prescribing behavior
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement, confidence, and clinical outcomes through education
  • Partner with Enterprise teams to support practitioner enablement through training and consultations
  • Collaborate with Product teams to shape education experiences and practitioner workflows (including Academy)
  • Partner with Merchandising to inform catalog strategy and product positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to align education with growth initiatives
  • Analyze practitioner behavior and prescribing trends to inform education and product strategy
  • Translate clinical evidence and vendor research into practitioner-relevant insights
  • Help define how education supports product adoption, differentiation, and business impact
  • What You Bring
  • 10+ years of clinical experience (MD, PharmD, or similar)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (e.g., digital health, SaaS, or healthcare innovation)
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical science into practical, usable frameworks
  • Experience building or scaling clinical education programs, practitioner training, or enablement systems
  • Strong understanding of supplements, integrative medicine, or functional care approaches
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Experience collaborating across product, commercial, and clinical teams
  • Bonus if you have..
  • Experience working with or alongside supplement brands, labs, or clinical research teams
  • Familiarity with data tools or working closely with data teams
  • Experience in digital learning, personalization, or AI-driven education
  • What Makes You Successful in This Role
  • You’re a translator — you can bridge clinical science, product, and business needs
  • You’re a systems thinker — you build scalable solutions, not just programs
  • You’re a builder — comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments
  • You’re a collaborator — able to influence across teams and stakeholders
  • You think about the future of education — not just content, but how learning evolves with technology
