  • Develop and maintain the organization’s Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboards, while designing new strategic dashboards aligned with company KPIs and growth priorities.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Product, and GTM Systems teams to ensure new, custom, or evolving fields are properly integrated into the data ecosystem while upholding strong data governance and integrity.
  • Continuously evaluate and strengthen the BI infrastructure to improve scalability, maintainability, and end-user accessibility.

Advanced Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Migrate complex manual data models into automated, scalable Looker-based workflows to provide real-time insights and self-service analytics for cross-functional teams.
  • Lead analyses that identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across revenue, margin, profitability, and customer datasets.
  • Employ machine learning and other advanced analytics methods to generate AI-driven insights, predictive indicators, benchmarks, and automated narratives embedded into dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Strategy and executive leadership to design high-level performance reporting, including daily run rates, pacing, margin profiles, historical trends, and other key operational metrics.

Revenue Data Alignment & Governance

  • Ensure revenue data alignment across all datasets—including 1st-party, 3rd-party, billable, and product telemetry data—to create unified and reliable reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to audit, validate, and reconcile revenue-related metrics across systems, promoting consistency and trust in all performance outputs.
  • Influence and shape upstream data decisions to optimize quality, consistency, and usability of data consumed by commercial teams.

AI Intelligence & Automation

  • Champion the adoption of AI/ML across the RSO organization to automate insights, recommend actions, identify anomalies, and enhance recurring reporting workflows.
  • Drive innovation in how the organization leverages AI-powered data storytelling, generative insights, and predictive analytics for commercial decision-making.

Training, Enablement, and Best Practices

  • Develop enablement materials including playbooks, tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions, new-hire onboarding, and open office hours to ensure BI tools are widely understood and leveraged.
  • Promote a self-service analytics culture across go-to-market, product, and executive teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Intelligence team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Revenue and Executive leadership team.
