About the Role:

Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive business data and analytics strategy and roadmap for the Customer Success organization; including data quality, literacy and reporting. Drives the adoption of the enterprise data platform and adherence to data governance frameworks within the Customer Success organization. Build and lead a team of data professionals, highly capable of understanding data and how to use it.

What You Will Do:

  • Develops and executes the Customer Success organization’s data and analytics strategy that enables the business’ strategic and tactical objectives while driving insights that empower leadership to make informed
  • Defines, establishes, and documents standards around sources of truth, metrics, processes, and
  • Defines, establishes, and documents standards around the proper and appropriate uses of lending data both within and outside of Customer Success.
  • Implements process and quality improvement efforts across Customer Success and provide support to inter-dependent process improvements outside of Customer Success.
  • Designs and implements dashboards, visualizations, and reports that distill complex information into actionable insights. Establishes reporting standards and guidelines, including metric definitions, calculation methods, and limitations.
  • Partners with senior leadership across Customer Success to provide data solutions that report KPIs, track performance, and ensure the data and insights provided align with key business goals and
  • Leads the formulation and execution of Customer Success data and analytics strategy, balancing self-service capabilities with core reporting Oversees the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and manage stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of data and reporting solutions.
  • Assists Customer Success business leaders to define, establish, and track KPIs, through the use and understanding of available Leads efforts to measure success, diagnose progress, and inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data collection and analysis are optimized for business initiatives. Provides timely insights that support key functions.
  • Collaborates with SVP, Client Services & Delivery, to support teams in developing documentation for Path to Market gate approval, including business cases, KPI tracking and data needs.
  • Collaborate with Pathward’s Treasury department to support asset distribution, pricing and spread strategies to maximize return on assets.
  • Leads efforts to optimize data pipelines, architecture, and analytics tool set used by the Customer Success organization, in partnership with Product and Technology.
  • Champions a culture of data literacy, developing tools and training programs that empower teams with the skills and access to real-time, trusted data.
  • Stays ahead of emerging trends in data analytics, BI tools, and data governance practices, continuously improving Customer Success data and analytics capabilities.
  • Creates predictive models and analytical frameworks that enable proactive decision-making, helping leaders anticipate trends and make data-backed strategic decisions.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 7+ years in a data analytics leadership role with a focus on strategy development, data governance, and reporting.
  • 3 years of commercial and / or consumer lending experience
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Solid experience in developing and executing business intelligence strategies and managing BI
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs, and using data to inform executive decision-
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align data strategies to broader organizational
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
  • Ability to deal with concepts and complexity; ability to think logically and critically
  • Provides clear direction and accountabilities; monitors progress and intervenes as needed to remove obstacles

Salary range: $104,000– $174,000

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
