Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing and communications leader to spearhead RG’s brand building and media strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how RG is perceived externally—ensuring consistent, high-impact visibility across relevant media outlets, industry platforms, and thought leadership forums.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
    • Define and evolve RG’s brand narrative in alignment with business goals.
    • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that elevate RG’s visibility and reputation.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Collaborate with RG leadership to craft compelling thought leadership content.
    • Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and editorial placements for RG leaders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, Growth, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to RG leadership on brand matters.
  • Measurement & Optimization
    • Track brand health metrics, media coverage, and campaign performance.
    • Continuously refine strategies based on insights and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of experience in brand strategy or corporate communications.
  • Proven track record of building brands and securing high-impact media visibility.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Background in corporate communications is highly desirable.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
