Director, AI Strategy

We are looking for a director to join our dynamic AI Strategy team, where we assist a wide range of companies—from mid-market entities to large corporations—in harnessing the strategic and practical capabilities of General AI (GenAI). Our mission is to drive innovation and value creation through bespoke AI solutions, from conception through to implementation.

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complexities of AI technology and business applications. You will work hands-on to design, pilot, and implement AI strategies that align with our clients' unique business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development: Identify and capitalize on business values and opportunities by crafting tailored AI solutions and proof-of-concepts. Facilitate the technological empowerment of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AI.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to both national and international clients on AI strategy and data science initiatives. Guide clients from strategic planning stages through to the pilot implementation of AI projects.
• Project Leadership: Manage and lead specific workstreams within projects. Ensure deliverables meet the strategic goals and standards of excellence expected by our clients.
• Service Evolution: Contribute to the development and refinement of our service offerings. Support go-to-market strategies and business development activities for our Commercial AI team.
• Team Collaboration: Join a newly established team of AI experts committed to shaping the future of our AI offerings. Work collaboratively to foster an environment of learning and innovation.

• Experience: 8 or more years  of proven experience in consulting with recent experience focusing on AI consulting, strategy development, or a similar role. Experience with implementing AI solutions in a business context is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead projects and make strategic decisions.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
