As a Director of AI Enablement (m/f/d), you will lead the AutoScout24 Group’s GenAI enablement and delivery capabilities across Europe and Canada. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role: you set priorities and drive delivery, working with a small team to ship GenAI solutions embedded in internal business workflows and day-to-day operations.

You operate as a connector across functions and countries. You work directly with business leaders to define priorities and outcomes, and with platform, data, and enterprise teams to leverage shared foundations—data access, integrations, and reliability practices—so delivery moves fast without rebuilding core infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Own the group-wide GenAI portfolio: decide what runs, sequence work, stop low-value efforts
• Partner with the management team and business leaders to align priorities and measurable outcomes
• Lead a small, senior team and deliver solutions hands-on from framing through build, rollout, and impact tracking
• Establish delivery standards and reusable patterns that reduce time-to-ship over time
• Align business and technology stakeholders around requirements, commitment, delivery plans, and clear ownership
• Ensure production readiness and responsible use together with platform, data, security, and engineering teams 

What you’ll bring: 

• Senior leadership experience shipping cross-functional initiatives to production with measurable impact
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment; comfortable making hard trade-offs
• Technical depth and credibility with engineering teams
• Strong business process perspective across Finance, HR, Customer Care, and Sales
• Curiosity and self-driven learning to stay current on GenAI capabilities and translate them into practical opportunities
• Track record of building scalable operating models, not one-off projects
• Bonus: experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems in production, including evaluation, monitoring, and reliability
