So, what’s the role all about?
NiCE is looking for an AI Evangelist to lead the transition of our R&D organization to AI driven development and SDLC. The goal is to continuously help our developers and engineering roles use AI coding tools as well as develop AI based agents to optimized the development experience and velocity, applying the new AI based development methodologies across our our global R&D organization. Your mandate is to help accelerate delivery by on boarding teams to effectively use AI tools during the development and testing, support the teams in building production level code and how to best leverage the AI coding agents to meet the production level standards.
How will you make an impact?
Upskill engineers — run concise workshops and pair‑programming sessions with developers and teams to help them become more proficient and productive in adopting AI coding tools for their SDLC
