Direct Support Professional (Urgently)

We are urgently hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you’ll make a difference every day by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities.

• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of those in your care.

• Keep accurate records and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Caregiving or human services experience preferred, but not required we provide paid training!

• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

• Must pass background check; valid driver’s license preferred.
