Dir, Project/Program Design

• Experienced Program Director to oversee a portfolio of IP (digital, analog, and mixed signal) for the entire company. This role involves working with stakeholders to understand the various IPs that exist within the company, putting together a central database, ensuring that they can be tracked and managed properly and ensure proper engagement with various stakeholders and users of the IP across the company
• Responsibilities include: Collaborating with product groups, engineering, and other stakeholders (procurement, IT, legal, export control) to define, and document, the different internal and purchased 3rd party IP, Preparing workflows, templates, guides, reporting, and automation to support these processes; Assembling and collaborating with a cross-functional team of experts to support the same and Support corporate initiatives related to vendor and IP management.

• Bachelor’s (master’s preferred) in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in IP management
• Proven ability to define and develop processes for managing external technical execution
• Experience working with multi-national teams across time zones and languages
• Skilled in collaborating with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to align team objectives
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
